Samurai Sushi

It is important for us to be nice, friendly and flexible for our guests: One guest said to us: "The food tastes better with nice and friendly service". The quality of the food is of course very important, but no guest is happy about the unfriendly service. By flexibility we mean that if a customer has a special request that is not on the menu, we try, if possible, to fulfill it immediately as requested. We know that we cannot satisfy all customers, but we can offer friendliness and inexpensive, good quality. If a customer is not satisfied, we don't feel comfortable either. By inexpensive quality, we mean - compared to other sushi restaurants - to offer the lowest possible price with the highest possible quality, so that all sushi fans can come to us and enjoy our dishes in an Asian ambience. We learn new things every day and can improve a little every day. Our customers are very nice and we are grateful to them for that. That is why we would like to ask our customers to help us with their criticism so that we can meet their wishes even better, either directly on site or via the Internet. Criticism - also understood as feedback - can be a key to being able to run the business more successfully. As refugees from Myanmar (formerly Burma), our goal is not profit, but fun at work and independence. We are satisfied when we can make a living ourselves.
