Studio MAAC

MAAC is an architectural firm of Franco-Spanish origin with an international vocation, based in Paris and Madrid. The Studio brings together three structures, GroupIAD, CMA and CVZ Architects, created by Alain Cottrell forty years ago, thus forming, and in a common dynamic, a team of more than 60 people dedicated to the design and execution of projects. on a large scale and internationally. All the programs linked to the city and its development are studied there today. The expertise of teams in France and Spain is pooled for more efficiency in the design of buildings in most sectors: tertiary buildings, housing, shopping centers, hotels, airport terminals, university centers and sports facilities. MAAC's teams of architects draw and design these projects with the same attention and the same signature. Awarded on numerous occasions, notably at the FUTURE MIPIM Awards, Winners in 2015 and MIPIM Awards, Finalists in 2018, MAAC's projects are characterized by the constant dialogue between architecture and place, between the building and its context. . We find in each of them this heritage wanted by MAAC of a rational architecture, but at the same time innovative and respectful in its relation to environmental quality.
