The Bundesverband Zeitarbeit Personal-Dienstleistungen eV (BZA) * and the DGB signed a nationwide collective agreement for the first time in July 2003 after tough negotiations. With the contract, the BZA and its negotiator Jürgen Uhlemann - former CEO of jobs in time holding GmbH - achieved the best possible tariff in the interests of economic feasibility. The industry can be satisfied with what has been achieved because a collective agreement has been created that is economically justifiable, reliable in terms of regulatory policy and applicable in practice.
