With this registration, the contractor undertakes to pay the agreed course fee, even if he is prevented from participating for professional, health or other reasons. A refund of the tuition fees is excluded. The contractor agrees to participate in the direct debit procedure for the monthly premium payment. The course fee is paid monthly in advance, no later than the 5th working day of the month. The duration of the contract is unlimited. The termination can be submitted at any time to the end of the calendar month with a 3-month notice period (2 months for 5 year old children, 1 month for 4 year old children) in writing, by e-mail or by post. If a student takes several courses and would like to reduce the number of courses, he can cancel the other courses at the end of the month (without notice!). This only applies as long as he stays with at least one course. The dance studio selects the teaching instructor. Participation is at your own risk. The dance studio can only be held liable for accidents that occur during the course if it is guilty of gross negligence. In addition, the dance studio takes care of an appropriate liability insurance. The dance studio assumes no liability for theft or damage to property. Compensation will be requested for property damage on the part of the participant. There are no classes on public holidays or during the Christmas holidays. The following rules apply to the rest of the school holidays: During the winter and autumn holidays, normal lessons take place for adults and a reduced program for children and young people. We offer a reduced program for everyone during the Easter and summer holidays. Lessons missed due to holidays and public holidays are covered by the course fee. The course fee is an annual fee that is divided into 12 equal monthly contributions. If lessons cannot be given due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to compensation or replacement lessons. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Oral side agreements were not made. This contract can also be concluded by post, e-mail or fax.
