Through our story, you can see that it has been a long journey, stretching over 75 years for us to perfect this motto. We have done it through always following what we knew to be the best ethics, providing the best prescription and OTC medicines and the best health and wellness treatments to help preserve health.
How did we do this? We followed the principles laid down by my father and founder of Bahrain Pharmacy, to always have as our source, the best companies in the world, known for the quality of their medicines. We are careful about who we choose to represent they are always among the top ten in the world. We don’t look at the price factor, we only look for quality and by this we mean the efficacy and content of the medicines we order and the workmanship and high quality of production in the equipment we represent.
Health and wellness are a big part of our philosophy. We believe in the saying that ‘an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure’. To this end we have identified the top wellness companies in the world and we represent their products here in Bahrain. These include vitamins and health foods, supplements and aids.
Over the years we have also provided healthcare equipment to the market. Our new focus is to build this division to offer an even better selection and a wider range. We are in the process of raising the level of this department to new heights of accomplishment and support services.
As a business we are always a work in progress, because even in our business model, we apply our golden rule and work towards our first objective: ‘the grace of prevention and treatment’.
