Grant & Stone Ltd, Family run Builders, Plumbers and Timber Merchants, Electrical Wholesalers and Bathroom and Kitchen Showrooms Company Overview In 1987, Bob & Sue Grant and Richard & Sue Stone (already the owners of a successful plumbers merchants in High Wycombe) heard of the possible sale of a run down builders merchants in the centre of the town. One week after this, they were the new owners renaming the business Grant-Milner Ltd. One year later, the plumbers merchant was incorporated in to the builders merchant and the company was renamed Grant & Stone Ltd.
