INTRODUCTION TO MUSIC FAMILY "Hong Kong Music Family Co., Ltd. for Disabled, Able, Gifted Children" was founded on April 4, 1992 by Dr. Liu Chaoqi and Teacher Lin Peifen. Dr. Liu Chaoqi has been engaged in mainstream and special education needs children education, language, music education and treatment and research for decades in Hong Kong and overseas. He founded Lau Chiu Kay Music Educatherapy for Children with Special Education Needs, Mainstream and Gifted Children. the Special Educational Needs, Mainstreamed and Talented), which aims to provide comprehensive and efficient education for children, youth and adults with special education needs, sound and gifted children, adolescents and adults, and to open up another resource for research and teacher training.
