Founded in January 2008, Customer Frontline Solutions is a subsidiary of Meralco and Bayad Center. Previously catering to just their parent companies, CFS is now expanding its client base and serving other companies as well, given their successful track record providing tellering services to their parent companies. CFS now positioned itself as the total customer solutions provider helping companies focus on their core business. From 200 frontliners, CFS now has over 1, 600 employees deployed in clients' sites all over the Philippines.
